I created a compression/decompression program that uses components of the free-and-open-source 7-Zip (v22.01).  It can be run in two ways: with a small GUI or, if its shortcut is put in the SendTo menu, without one.  If used from the SendTo menu, it can quickly compress files/folders and quickly decompress zip, rar and 7z files and it can take command-line arguments for: compression-level, password, output-folder, making self-extracting 7z archives, not writing over an existing archive, compressing to zip rather 7z and forcing the use of the 32-bit 7z components for compression.

The size of the GUI can be adjusted.  (I would expect this to be welcomed by those who intend to use it on displays with a much higher resolution that it was designed on.)
