In this Criteria your task switches /changes from a designer to prototype developer or manufacturer. Objective C focuses on the realization or creation of a solution to a problem.
It is expected that you will transform your designs ideas to create a real product that solves your client's or target audience problem.
In this section you are expected to detail how you will make the solution. You will achieve this by creating a production plan that details the steps to be completed/followed and resources needed to create the solution. You should also create a Gantt chart and a Flow Chart. Gantt Chart indicates the timelines it will take you to complete each task when creating the product/solution whereas the Flowchart details in a diagrammatic representation the steps you shall follow from the beginning to the end to create the solution.
Your production plan should clearly show the resources (tools, materials and skills ) that are needed to create the solution. Digital materials include items such as texts, fonts, images, audio, animation, video, sprites and icons. Digital tools include both hardware and software such as laptop, chosen design, software such as video editing software like iMovie, Render forest, website builders like, Visual Studio Code, Brackets, Sublime text amongst others.

At the end of year 3; you are expected to: develop manipulative skills to effectively use a range of tools, techniques and equipment proficiently to create high-quality solutions.
You should address this strand within the process journal in strand 3 when documenting the activities you completed so as to create the solution.
Explain the information technology skills within the process journal you applied when creating the solution.
Click on the link below for more guidance on Strand 2.
At the end of year 3 your are expected to follow the plan (production plan) to produce the solution with minimal guidance, which functions as intended and to manage time effectively to produce the solution to the deadline stated in the plan.
You are supposed to come up with a detailed logical process journal explaining the various tasks you did during different times in order to create the solution (from the beginning to the final part of the creation of the solution).
The process journal should include: screenshots/pictures of the activity or task done and an explanation of the task/activity done, the date it was done, the time it took to complete the task/activity and the place/venue where the task/activity was being done.
N/B: Instead of listing down the technical skills learned or demonstrated when creating the solution separately; you can include them within the process journal so as to make your work easier, organized and neat.

In this section you are expected to justify any changes made to the design while making the solution and how they affected the plan (production plan; logical plan you made in strand 1, so as to follow when creating the solution).
Make sure to highlight and explain any changes you made when creating the solution which were not initially captured or part of the chosen design and justify/give reasons why you made those changes when creating the solution.
You can do well by providing screenshots or images evidence together with a brief explanation accompanying the images/screenshots of any changes that you made when creating the solution.

If there are any sources you consulted when creating the solution and working on other tasks on Criterion C then you list them at the end of your work on its own page.
