Introduction
Introduction
Tingting Huang is a lecturer in Management Information Systems at Mukogawa University, Japan. Her research focuses on the co-evolution of people, organizations, and information systems in the digital society. She explores how digital technologies reshape human behavior, organizational practices, and society, and how these interactions, in turn, influence the evolution of information systems.
Her previous work has examined enterprise information systems (ERP), IT-business alignment, information systems development (ISD), and digital transformation. More recently, her research has expanded to digital platforms, future of work, digital nomads, aging society, and AI-enabled digital innovation from organizational and cross-cultural perspectives.
Before entering academia, she accumulated years of industry experience in e-business, media, distribution, marketing, project management, and digital business development, providing a strong foundation for her empirical and practice-oriented research.
