On Wednesday, 23 April 2025, under the Royal Academy of Engineering–funded Distinguished International Associates 2024 project, Prof. Leo and Dr. Yu convened with the lecturers of faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Ton Duc Thang University in Ho Chi Minh City for a collaborative discussion on sustainable semiconductor manufacturing. During the session, they exchanged insights on low-impact fabrication techniques, shared information on emerging process technologies and best practices, and explored opportunities for joint research and resource sharing. Both parties agreed to continue data and expertise exchange, develop co-supervised student projects, and establish a formal collaboration framework to drive future innovations in sustainable semiconductor manufacturing.
