BUFFEREDWRITER

Extends Writer.

Its purpose is to provide memory buffer with character stream writing for having less file accessing and more speed.

Internal buffer is 8192 characters by default.

During operations, collects character data into the buffer until it is filled or the BufferedWriter is closed or forced to empty the buffer, then writes to the external file.

The BufferedWriter implements the AutoClosable interface, the try-with-resources statement can be used to ensure proper closing.
