Forbidden Sanctuary

This is an informational overview of the level 60 raid dungeon (Banned Sanctuary) from the Thai version of Devilian. The proper translation from Korean is actually Forbidden Sanctuary (what it will be called for Trion Devilian). The dungeon entrance will be located in the Segarro Coast zone. Keep in mind that Trion Worlds' version of the game is very different from the Korean, Thai, and Chinese (never published) versions. The materials and systems utilized will end up being different from the following (this is just meant to give a rough idea of how end game gear progression will work).

Dungeon information panel (rewards, resistance and item level requirements will be tailored specifically for our version).

Materials (rewards)

The key drop from the raid dungeon are these orbs which are used to craft several level 60 legendary (unique/orange text) items; primarily the accessories and two armor pieces. Legendary (unique) tier items have 5 properties which means that branding runes extracted from our level 54 Slaughter gear will be usable as transitionary ones (branding runes will likely use the same system currently employed as opposed to being dungeon drops like they are in the 46, 52 and 54 archdevils and previously in the level 50 hell dungeons - the Thai version still uses the old drop system). 4 property branding runes can still be used on legendary items but isn't really recommended.

This is the crafting panel for the belt. All level 60 legendary (unique) tier gear is crafted using several different materials including the highest level 60 heroic tier gear. That gear was acquired from the Tower of No Return in the Korean and Thai version which was a level 58 raid dungeon (it was repurposed to level 54 for Trion).

Because the Korean and Thai versions had a Heroic counterpart for Bottomless Pit and Severam Fortress (the two level 54 archdevils in Trion's version), it is highly likely these two will be used for acquiring the level 60 heroics required for crafting the level 60 unique gear.

This is part of the level 60 end game grind in Devilian which will likely be drawn out on purpose in similar fashion like the "bugged" Gold Lotus drops where the "dust" (Scarlet Powder) material will be a similar grind. See this page for more information on level 60 legendary (unique) gear.

Note that the Sacred set was the end game gear in Korea and Thailand. Bluehole Ginno ended up using the same graphics (except purple color and none of unique properties) and name for Trion's level 56 PVP set. It remains to be seen what name change and look we will get.

Update 6.0 - The Terror of Totames

Trion launched a modified version of this as a level 58 raid with legendary equipment drops on February 14, 2017. This graphic highlights the key differences.

The level cap remains at 58 which means that Bluehole Ginno will need to utilize the level 60 system in a different raid dungeon. This is likely going to be content that has not been released before OR a level 60 version of Tower of No Return.

January 19, 2018 note: this speculation about the level 60 unique tier is no longer applicable due to decision to close the game.
