1. What kind of school is Desire Path Academy?

Desire Path Academy is a private, faith-rooted, nature-based microschool that blends homeschooling with holistic, child-led education. We offer a warm and flexible learning environment that honors each child’s natural path, integrating academic foundations with spiritual, emotional, and physical development.

2. What ages do you serve?

We are currently enrolling students in Pre-K (ages 3–5), Kindergarten, and early elementary with plans to expand into full elementary as our students grow. We also offer a homeschool resource portal for families who wish to use our curriculum at home.

3. Is this a religious school?

We are not a religious but a faith-rooted school inspired by Baháʼí principles. Focusing on unity, service, kindness, and spiritual growth. However, we welcome families of all faiths or no specific faith background who align with our core values of respect, peace, and holistic education.

4. Is this a drop-off school or homeschool program?

Both! We offer a hybrid model:

Drop-off days for immersive, in-person learning

Optional homeschool companion curriculum for families who want a flexible, home-based experience with our guidance and resources. This allows families to choose the level of involvement that works best for them.

5. What is your class size?

We keep our classes intentionally small—no more than 8–10 children per group—to ensure each child is seen, heard, and nurtured as an individual.

6. Do you offer scholarships or sliding scale tuition?

Yes. We believe in accessibility and offer limited scholarships and sliding scale options for families who qualify. We also accept some educational savings accounts and private homeschool funding where applicable.

7. Do you require uniforms?

We do not require uniforms. We encourage comfortable, weather-appropriate, movement-friendly clothing that can handle dirt, paint, and joy.
