                                     Enrollment Steps at Desire Path Academy

We’re honored that you’re considering Desire Path Academy for your child’s educational journey. Our enrollment process is designed to be thoughtful, transparent, and family-centered just like everything we do.

Step 1: Connect With Us

Inquire Online or by Email
Fill out our interest form on the website or email us directly at enroll@desirepathacademy.com to let us know you’re interested. We’ll send you our digital welcome packet, curriculum overview, and pricing details.

Step 2: Schedule a Discovery Meeting

Family Interview (Virtual or In-Person)
We believe education is a partnership. You’ll meet with our founder or lead educator to discuss your family’s values, your child’s needs, and how our philosophy aligns with your goals. This is a time for both of us to ask questions, explore fit, and connect.

Step 3: Submit Your Application

Enrollment Application + Questionnaire
Complete and submit your application form (available online or via PDF), along with any required documentation:

• Family Intent Letter
  
  

• Child Development Snapshot (we’ll guide you)
  
  

• Immunization or exemption form
  
  

• Any learning plans or IEPs (if applicable)

Step 4: Application Review

 Personalized Review Process
We take the time to read each application with care. If needed, we may schedule a follow-up discussion or observation time to better understand your child’s needs.

Step 5: Welcome & Orientation

 Enrollment Confirmation + Start Packet
Once accepted, you’ll receive:

• Your official welcome letter
  
  

• Calendar of start dates, supply list, and uniform info
  
  

• Access to our parent portal and resources
  We also offer a family orientation to help you settle in, meet other families, and learn how we do things the Desire Path way.
  
  

Step 6: Begin the Journey

First Day & Beyond
Whether your child joins us full-time or as part of our hybrid/homeschool model, we’ll walk beside you from the very first day. We believe that strong starts create lifelong learners and we’re so excited to begin this journey with your family.
