At Desire Path Academy, we believe learning should be rooted in love, guided by curiosity, and grounded in both nature and faith. Inspired by Bahá'í values but open to all beliefs, our curriculum nurtures the whole childs mind, body, and spirit while honoring the sacred rhythm of home and family life.
Rooted in Wonder. Guided by Faith. Grown with Purpose.
Our curriculum is intentionally handcrafted to nurture the whole child. We weave together academic foundations, faith development, emotional intelligence, and natural discovery to create a living, breathing education that evolves with the seasons and the child.
Guiding Principles of Our Curriculum
Child-Led & Developmentally Aligned
Children learn best when they are seen, heard, and empowered to explore at their own pace. Our multi-age approach allows for flexibility, creativity, and confidence-building.
Nature-Based Learning
Every lesson is rooted in the rhythms of the earth: seasons, cycles, weather, plants, and animals provide a dynamic backdrop for discovery and growth.
Faith & Virtue Integration
Inspired by Baháʼí principles but open to all backgrounds, our curriculum emphasizes spiritual reflection, service, unity, and moral character in daily lessons.

Foundational Rhythms & Values
Nourishment First:
Each day begins with a nutritious breakfast and offers healthy snacks throughout. Growing children need consistent fuel to stay focused, energized, and emotionally regulated.
Slow, Gentle Mornings:
We ease into each day with yoga and breathwork, followed by a short play period to help children reconnect with one another before lessons begin.
Tea Time & Storytelling:
Midday tea time with snacks and story circles provides rest, imagination, and connection.
No Homework Ever:
We believe home time should be for connection, not correction. Instead of assigning homework, families receive a gentle daily summary of what their child explored that day—along with ideas for playful reinforcement, meaningful conversation, or connection-building at home.
