This is where you go to get access to Webcheckout.
Webcheckout Address
Once you are logged into Webcheckout you'll see a few checkout center options.
You need to go to <Lighting, Grip, and Stages - DePaul Cinespace Studios>
The first thing you'll see is a screen similar to this.
Notice the icons to the upper left.
These Icons are for Checkouts, Reservations, Pickups, Returns, and People.
The check icon is for CHECKOUTS. When selected it brings up a yellow menu.
To the left of the screen is the equipment for immediate checkout.
To the lower left is the area where you can select the
time and date for equipment returns.
To bottom is the timeline.
To the far right is where the equipment selected for checkout will appear.
The tent icon stands for RESERVATIONS. When selected it brings a blue menu.
The difference between reservations and checkouts is checkouts happen "on the fly," reservations take place in the future.
The pick up truck icon stands for EQUIPMENT PICKUPS. Once a reservation is made and the customer AKA the Patron takes the equipment you have to tell the system that the equipment is no longer physically present.
To the left is a list of everything that will be picked up.
The U shaped ray stands for EQUIPMENT RETURNS.
Once equipment is "picked up" it has to be returned.
This icon will let you know everything due to return.
This drop down is where you go to
find a patron. You can search by using the patron's name or ID number.
Having the patron sign this form is the most important thing you will do as an employee. It is a legally binding agreement where the patron agrees to assume all responsibility for any damages to our equipment while it's in their possession.
