We warmly welcome international patients who live in or visit Sapporo.

Our clinic aims to provide careful, patient-centered dental care in a calm and friendly environment.

At our clinic, we focus on periodontal (gum) disease treatment and maintenance,

collaborating with our on-site pharmacist and dental hygienists to provide comprehensive and high-quality dental care.

We work closely with local medical institutions to support the overall health of our community.

地下鉄新さっぽろ駅　歩1~2分（1番出口）

JR新札幌駅至近、青葉町2丁目バス停科学館目のまえ

We are conveniently located in front of Shin-Sapporo subway station.

It takes a few mitutes on foot from the #1 exit of the subway station and Aobacho 2 chome bus-stop.

南郷通沿いと、建物西側の2箇所に屋根付き駐車場を完備。

自転車やバイク向けにも屋根付きの場所を用意しております。

We have some covered parking lots, one along Nango-dori and the other on the west side of the building.

We also have a covered area for bicycles and motorbikes.

当院では車椅子対応のトイレを用意しております。

当院は坂の途中に立地しているため、玄関先の傾斜がきつい部分があります。必要でしたらヘルプいたしますので、予めお伝え下さい。

We have a wheelchair accessible restroom.

We are located halfway down the hill, so there is a steep slope in front of the entrance. We will help you if you need it, so please let us know in advance.

Reservations in English can be made via our 24/7 internet reservation system. Please note that we do not offer telephone support.

来院2回目以降の方は診察券番号と生年月日でログインできます。個人情報の入力を省略して素早く予約。ネット上で日程変更も出来ます。

If you have visited us before, you can log in to make / arrange appointment with your patient# and the date of birth YYYY/MM/DD.

予約枠は1時間が基本

コミュニケーションや患者さんの生活背景を知ることを重視しているため、一人ひとりに時間をかけて丁寧に対応します。

Our standard appointment time is one hour per patient.

This allows us to communicate carefully with each patient and understand their lifestyle and needs, so we can provide thoughtful and personalized care.

資格証明書や各種証明書と合わせて通院の都度、

マイナンバーカードをご持参ください。

予防・未病・管理を主軸とした治療方針

Our therapeutic philosophy is based on prevention and maintenance.

当院は、痛くなったら受診する歯科医院ではなく、良い状態を保つために通う、悪くならないようにするために通院する、そのようなクリニックを目指しております。

そのためには、現状がどのような状態なのかしっかり診査し、患者さんの希望を聞きながら、治療を行い健康な状態を目指します。

健康な状態（ゴール）を達成できたら、そこからお口の管理が始まります。お口を健康な状態に保つことで全身の健康状態改善を目指します。

また、このようなコンセプトを実現するため、一般的な歯科とは異なり、診察の予約枠は基本的に1時間を確保しています。

We aim to be a clinic where you visit to maintain your oral health and prevent it from deteriorating.

We conduct a thorough examination of your current condition, listen to your concerns, and provide treatment to ensure optimal dental health. Once this is achieved, our dental maintenance program will help improve your overall well-being.

Additionally, unlike most general dental clinics in Japan, we typically schedule one-hour appointments for consultations.

Pharmacist On Staff

薬剤師による全身状態やお薬に関する相談が可能です。薬剤師の勤務時間は　月・火・木・金 10:30-18:00、土 10:15-14:00 です。

カウンセリングやハーブの量り売り・調合等はこの時間帯にお願いいたします。

You can consult a pharmacist about your general health condition and your medications.
