The teaching-learning activities carried out during the C1 transnational meeting, from November 3 to 9, 2019, in Rome, (Italy), consisted, on the one hand, of presentations on the cultures and lifestyle of each country, and, on the other, of presentations by each international team on the concept of democracy.

Sunday 3rd November 2019
-Arrival Day: Pick up and transfer from Roma Airports: Fiumicino or Ciampino (The Partners from Lithuania will have pick-up a day earlier on the 2nd due to flight major issues)
-Accommodating the teachers at the Hotel Porta Maggiore and the students (apart from the students coming from Greece who will stay in hotel) at their host families' homes
Monday 4th November 2019: A day at the ITIS Giovanni XXIII and In Tor Sapienza
08:00 Leaving the hotel
09:00 Welcome at School, meeting the Headmaster and his Staff- the School Board - the Teachers and School Workers
10:00 Teachers' meeting: the state of the art and future visits to Spain, Lithuania, Greece and Turkey. Sign the Protocol, etc.
the Students make friends: Icebreaking activities and share some time in their own classes with their partner

11:00 First part of the students' Presentations on Italy, its cultural lifestyle and on Roma

Tuesday 5th November 2019: Ancient Rome
9:00 The party will meet at Colosseo Metro B Station to be split into two groups booked for 11:30 and 11:35. The tour of the Colosseum, in English, with guide, will be approximately 90 minutes

The Walk will continue to The Campidoglio, via the FORUM, to the Altar of the Fatherland - the seat of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier's and to The AraCoell The Basilica of St. Mary of the Altar of Heaven.
13:30 The party will then proceed from the Campidoglio (the Site of Rome Municipality) via Teatro Marcello to the "Ghetto".
Isola Tiberina Meeting Sant'Egidio - A Community without borders or walls. Experience and learn about the "New Martyrs of the 20th & 21st Centurles" in Basilica of St. Bartolomeo all'isola.
Wednesday 6th November 2019: Another day at the ITIS Giovanni XXIII
9:00 Presentation of each partners' Logo and Motto to establish the best
10:00 Organizing and Sharing DEMOCRACY with Diego Galli: the Experience of a Community Organizer

Thursday 7th November 2019
09:00 Full day in Roma starting from Flaminio Metro Station Walk along Via del Corso to visit the Piazzas, the Fountains and the City Centre most famous landmarks
Friday 8th November 2019
9:00 Thursday Vatican City, Visit St Peter's Square, Colonnade and Basilica. At the end of the morning visits the participants will have free time to end their visit or finish any last shopping.
18:00 all partners will meet at school for the Multicultural Dinner Night. A night for tasting and sharing food from all partner countries, for exchanging recipies and presents and meeting host families at the farewell party. Certificate ceremony.
