Access to the Pool Pavilion
Permitted Access. Only members of the Del Prado Swimming Pool Association (DPSPA) and their authorized guests are allowed access to the pool pavillion.

Key Card. Access to the pool pavilion is via electronic key card. Each home or condominium owner is entitled to have two key cards. To obtain your first set of key cards, email Kathy Pena at Kathy@firstvalleymanagement.com. Once the cards are available, you will be notified to pick them up at the NAI/First Valley Office.
Key Card Replacement. If you lose your original key card, please contact Kathy Pena to request a replacement card. Replacement cards are $25.00 each. Once your replacement card is available, you will be notified to pick it up at the NAI First Valley Office.
Guest Policy
Key card holders are allowed to bring up to two guests into the pool per day. Guests must be accompanied by a key card holder aged 16 or older at all times.
Membership Fee
Fee Basis. All members are required to pay an HOA assessment that covers all aspects of operating and maintaining the pool and pavilion. The 2021 assessment is as follows:
Condominium $27.50 per month
House $28.50 per month
Payment is due by the last day of each month. Association members may choose to pay monthly, quarterly or annually. There are three ways to make payments.
Online Portal. You may make your payments through an NAI/First Valley personal portal at www.https/firstvalleymanagementgroup.com To establish a personal portal, email a request to Kathy Pena or Tabatha Granger at NAI/First Valley.

In-Person Payment. Deliver your cash or check in person to the NAI/First Valley Management Office at the address above. Credit cards are not accepted at the office.
Penalties for Non-Payment of Fee
The obligation to pay the monthly pool assessment is included in the agreement you signed when you purchased your "Del Prado" home or condominium. Even if you do not use the pool or the pool is unavailable for maintenance, public health, weather, inspection or other reason, you are obligated to pay the assessment. Collection and enforcement of pool assessments are addressed by the DPSPA By-Laws.
If you are unable to pay your monthly pool fee, please contact NAI/First Valley to discuss the issue.

Pool Security
HTM Security has been retained to provide security service at the pool. In-person guards are present on holiday weekends and other select times. In the absence of an in-person guard where a situation requires a security solution, HTM Security will dispatch a security guard to the pool when a member calls 575-524-6904.
The role of HTM and its personnel is to assure adherence to pool rules and when necessary, enforce those rules. Where a rules violation or other situation escalates to criminal activity, 911 should be called.
Pool Rules
Pool rules assure the safety of DPSPA members and their guests. Pool rule violations can lead to pool closure, state imposed fines, accidents, health risks, violator loss of pool privileges and/or increased pool fees for all Association members. It is a requirement that all association members and their guests observe the pool rules.
Safety
NO lifeguard is on duty.
Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
The pool cannot be used to provide private swimming lessons.
No diving allowed in the pool at any time.
No glass allowed inside the pavilion area.
No food or drink is allowed in the pool or on the pool deck. Food and drink is allowed in lounge area only.
No alcohol is allowed in the pavilion.
No running, no rough play.
Gates must be secured at all times.
Public Health
Children in diapers are not permitted in the water unless they are wearing specially sealed swim pants designed for this purpose.
Persons with contagious diseases are not permitted to swim.
Persons with open abrasions or bandages of any kind are not permitted to swim.
Persons are required to shower before entering the pool.
Admittance
The pool is for the use of DPSPA members only.
Non-members must be accompanied by an Association member.
Association members and their guests must not allow others access to the pool.
Unaccompanied non-members are trespassing and are subject to prosecution.
Each Association member household is allowed 2 guests. 3 or more guests constitute a party; see Private Party Rules
No animals allowed in the pool pavilion.
Good Behavior
No profanity allowed; this is a family friendly facility.
Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs or exhibiting erratic behavior are not permitted in the facility area and can be asked to leave at any time.
Members are responsible keeping the facility area clean and for picking up after themselves and their guests.
No food, no drink and no tobacco allowed outside designated areas.
Spa (Hot Tub) Rules
NO lifeguard on duty.
Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under the age of 5 are not allowed to use the Spa.
Shower before entering the Spa.
Spa load is 10 people maximum.
Maximum water temperature is 104° F.
Maximum allowed soak time is 15 minutes.
Pregnant women and people with health issues should not use the Spa without first consulting with a doctor.
No glass or food allowed near the Spa.
No jumping or diving into the Spa is allowed.
Call 911 for emergency assistance.
Notice of Association Limits of Liability & Rights
The DPSPA accepts no responsibility for money, valuables, or other articles belonging to those using the pool, or loss or damage to personal property.
The Board of Directors of the DPSPA, and their authorized security personnel, have the right, but not the duty, to evict any member violating or failing to comply with these rules and to enforce such additional rules and regulations as necessary for the proper and safe operation of the pool. Nothing in these rules should be construed to mean that the Association or its Board of Director’s will provide any oversight of the use of the pool.
