POOL PAVILION IMPROVEMENTS. Over the past winter your Board planned and oversaw work to improve our community pool and pavilion. The biggest news is the hot tub repairs are complete and the spa is open for your enjoyment this year. SP2 Spa and Pool Services worked tirelessly to identify where the leaks were located, how to repair them, and, as much as possible, assure they don't reoccur.
In addition to work on the hot tub, SP2 accomplished the following:
Acid pressure wash of all surfaces—deck and pool
Deck repair and resurfacing
Pool enclosure repairs
Replacement of in pool lights
Thorough cleaning of the pavilion
We think you will be impressed! The pool and pavilion look good!
We look forward to enjoying the 2022 pool season with you.
