About the Board. The Del Prado Swimming Pool Association (DPSPA) is managed by a Board of Directors (the "Board") that is elected by membership on an annual basis. The Board, with support from NAI/First Valley Management, oversees all aspects of pool operation, in accordance with the HOA By-Laws, including
finance;
daily and periodic pool, hot tub and pavilion maintenance and upkeep;
equipment repairs and upgrades; and
development and enforcement of safety and regulatory rules.
Board Meetings. The DPSPA meets the second and fourth Wednesday of the month. Emergency meetings are called to address major issues.
