This half term, the Year Reps for each year group have been voted for a nominated by their peers. These are prestigious positions in which the students had to write and conduct their own ‘manifesto’ for change, which helped their peers to make an informed decision when voting for their year group’s leader. This half term has also brought the first School Council meetings of the year. Each year group’s Form Reps have met with the Head Boy, Head Girl and their deputies to discuss their ideas for school improvement. The issues discussed in these meetings will be raised in the first Year Rep meeting at the beginning of next half term.
