We need new leadership equipped for today's educational challenges

Our schools make our community. They are the driving force. However, education was changing rapidly and now, even more so. Our school district is facing challenges - from funding to the changing nature of learning to this pandemic world we find ourselves in.

The pace of change is not going to slow down. We need new leadership to confront these challenges head on and proactively engage our community - our parents, our teachers, and our businesses to ensure we create solutions that work for the long-term benefit of our children and our community.

A Mom. Enthusiastic. Determined. Passionate.

Just What We Need Right Now for our Schools.

As a mom of four boys in Dorchester District 2 schools, an passionate advocate for public education, and a former District PTA president, I'll bring relevant experience to the School Board to ensure we're tackling today's educational challenges.

My campaign for school board is centered around 4 key issues to improve school leadership:

- Bringing relevant experience to the school board

- Developing a culture of being forward-thinking

- Listening to each other

- Accountability for both the Board and the School District
