DePAUL COMMUNITY CHORUS
AUDIO REHEARSAL TRACKS
Below are the rehearsal tracks and learning aids in preparation for our Fall Concert. There are several recordings by different performers for most of these pieces. Many are mp3 files of audio that has been extracted from YouTube videos for our rehearsal and reference purposes. They are grouped by composer.
For some biographical information about our composers:
Check this site regularly! As we find more recordings and learning aids, they will be posted here as well.

MUSESCORE note learning files
Thank-you to alto Mary Deck for sending this information:
Following are links to individual note learning files (.MSCZ) for use with the free app MuseScore Studio (https://musescore.org/en). It is not super-intuitive but if all one wants to do is play back, it's pretty easy (hit the play button!). And with a little time to get used to the app, it's really powerful. For example, with MuseScore, it is possible to:
follow text as notes play
change pace
play note by note
start/stop/restart anywhere
change the instrument for each part (e.g., to emphasize the part you're trying to learn)
enable metronome
change the strength between the different voices and accompaniment
