Universities with last minute post-conference championship need to enter this Last Chance meet are encouraged to contact meet director, Dave Callum, with late entry processing.
Entry Fee:
$50/event entry in the:
Mile, 3000, 5000, relays
$35/event entered in all other events.
Generally no team entry cap. All entries need to be paid through direct athletics by the registration deadline. Do not miss the deadline. Entry fees are non-refundable. There will be no refunds for any reason. There will be no day of meet registration!
Unattached/Club Athletes: Must also enter and pay through Direct Athletics.
As always, remember the Entry Fees are not participation fees, you are paying to enter per event into the meet and hold the spot(s) until you declare for your event(s). If you do not declare (see event check in procedures) with the official clerk then you will be scratched from the event(s).
Youth clubs, high school teams, and NIRCA teams may inquire regarding a team entry fee cap for which a separate payment process will be used. Plan accordingly with respect to meet entry and payment deadlines. Please email the meet director as soon as possible for arrangements.

All event entries and payments must be completed through Direct Athletics. Meet management may adjust seed marks after the verification process.
If you do not have a direct athletics account, you must create one by going to www.directathletics.com.
Entry Limits:
There are no entry limits in the running events, however we may limit, if necessary, throws and jumps to 32 competitors based on verifiable marks. Priority will be given to NCAA last chance entries.
**Those interested in additional events (i.e. 300m, 500m, 600m, 1000m 1500m, 1600m, relays) or other requests should email meet director David Callum (gbtcinvite@gmail.com) directly and as soon as possible.
Starting Heights:
Will be determined upon consulation between athletes and meet official.
Minimum Marks:
If implemented, will be posted and emailed out through DA once all entries are received.
Implement Weigh-In:
Will be completed next to the throwing arena immediately prior to the event.
