Check-in Procedures:
Bib Number Pick Up
Any bib numbers used will be assigned in the infield and are to be worn on the front of your competition top. Bib number pick up is NOT event declaration.
EVENT DECLARATION
Please check in with the official clerk on the infield to declare for EACH of your event(s) 60 minutes prior to the start of the event. Throwers will declare at the throwing cage. Failure to declare for your individual events may result in being scratched from the event without refund. Sections will be assigned before the start of the first heat of the event based on seed times for all athletes who have properly declared for their event. Hip numbers will be distributed upon section assignments. Each event and section will require a newly assigned hip number. Pay attention to signage and instructions regarding the location of the body for the hip numbers.
