Entry Deadline: TUESDAY Jan. 14th, 2025, 11:59 PM
Entry Fee:
$35/event entered; $35/relay member. All entries need to be paid through direct athletics by the meet entry deadline. Entry fees are non-refundable.
Unattached/Club Athletes: Must also enter and pay through Direct Athletics by the meet entry deadline.
Youth clubs, high school teams, and NIRCA teams may inquire regarding a team entry fee cap. Plan accordingly with respect to meet entry and payment deadlines. Please email the meet director as soon as possible for arrangements.
Entry Procedure:
All event entries and payments must be completed through Direct Athletics. Meet management may adjust seed marks after the verification process. There will be no day of registration; do not miss the deadline. If you do not have a direct athletics account, you must create one by going to www.directathletics.com.
Entry Limits:
There are no entry limits in the running events, however minimum marks may be implemented in throws and horizontal jumps if entry numbers necessitate. For reference, the 2023 and 2024 meets did NOT implement minimum marks.
**Those interested in additional events (i.e. 500m, 4x880, DMR, 5000m) or other requests should email meet director David Callum (gbtcinvite@gmail.com) directly and as soon as possible. Added events will require a minimum number of entered and participating athletes.
Starting Heights:
See any postings of an updated meet schedule with revised starting heights for pole vault and high jump on the Friday proceeding the meet.
Minimum Marks:
Note the 2025 meet may impose minimum field marks if entry numbers necessitate such a decision. Possible minimum marks will be updated to the meet schedule.
Implement Weigh-In:
Will be completed next to the throwing arena immediately prior to the event. See meet schedule for warm up times.
Spectators:
We welcome spectators to our meet! Please be aware there is an admission fee for all spectators at a rate of $15 per person at the door.
Although there is currently no policy excluding spectators inside the track at this time, Harvard controls this policy and may determine a change could be necessary for the safety of all.
Masks:
There is currently no mask mandate while inside Harvard's Gordon Track. This policy may be adjusted at a later date if deemed necessary and required by Harvard University.
