All nominated candidates listed below were invited to complete a “Candidate Statement” in order to introduce themselves to the voters, let the voters know why they want to serve on the board, and share how they will help DSNC meet its goals. Eligible voters reside within a half mile of the Davis Square neighborhood boundary.
OR
Eligible voters work, receive services, operate a business, regularly volunteer at an organization/agency, or own real estate within the Davis Square neighborhood boundary.

These 4 roles have specific responsibilities beyond those of regular Board members:

Leads meetings, prepares agendas, and carries out duties authorized by the DSNC

Fills in for the President when needed, supports leadership functions

Keeps meeting notes, attendance, and physical and digital files
Treasurer

Manages DSNC funds, reports finances, and oversees fundraising and spending
*Per DSNC Bylaws §3.1:Any person ≥16 years old may participate as a Member who:
- Resides within ½ mile of the Neighborhood Boundaries;
- Receives support services within the Neighborhood Boundaries;
- Is employed at a business located within the Neighborhood Boundaries;
- Operates a business located within the Neighborhood Boundaries; or
- Owns real estate within the Neighborhood Boundaries; or
- Regularly volunteers at an organization/agency located within the Neighborhood Boundaries; or
- Is determined to have a genuine local interest by a majority vote of the Board
