Development Project
Altitude Properties proposes redeveloping 363 Highland Ave. into 2 buildings: a 5-story building with a small setback on the 5th story in front, and a 6-story building in the rear. Estimated 200-250 units—studios, 1-bedrooms, and some larger units, 20% affordable.
The lot is currently zoned for 4 stories; the developer says it isn't financially viable at 4 stories. Recorded Future is leaving Altitude Properties's property, which they see as an opportunity to do this redevelopment. They also believe this new residential building would help stimulate development on the adjacent NStar site which is why they want to rezone that too.
