Two-Minute Thermal Conductor

This is a portable container that utilizes the simultaneous spinning of a pint-sized can and circulating ice-cold water to achieve cooling in two minutes or less.

I am proud to have engineered the Two-minute Thermal Conductor, a portable container that efficiently cools a pint-sized can in two minutes or less through the simultaneous spinning of the can and the circulation of ice-cold water. My inspiration for this project came from the desire to optimize fridge space by rapidly cooling drinks only when necessary. To achieve this goal, I followed the engineering design process and formulated waterproofing techniques to minimize the risk of damage to electrical components in conjunction with the water pump. Additionally, I integrated a user-friendly and informative LCD interface and prioritized the functionality of the motors and pumps through repeated testing to ensure consistent and reliable results. 

The Two-minute Thermal Conductor has proven to be a highly efficient device, cooling drinks 95% faster than a traditional fridge while occupying only 1% of the space. To minimize manufacturing costs, I used 90% 3D printed materials in its construction, which reduced the unit cost by $80. Overall, the Two-minute Thermal Conductor project reflects my passion for engineering and my ability to develop innovative solutions to everyday problems. It is a testament to my skills in designing and building functional, cost-effective, and efficient devices that can improve people's lives.
