This personal project combines technology and fun to offer a unique experience. This fridge is designed to launch drinks to users, adding a touch of excitement to the beverage retrieval process.

The objective of this project was to design a system that could creatively and efficiently transport beverages, with the potential to aid individuals with mobility issues by reducing the need to physically retrieve drinks. The project began with the creation of a block diagram outlining the key components, which were then individually modeled in SolidWorks. The components were sized and assembled to function cohesively as a single unit. Critical thinking skills were employed throughout the design and fabrication processes to identify and resolve any issues that arose. Six Sigma best practices were also applied to enhance the process, reducing defects and errors while increasing the quality of each manufactured part. The project was completed within the 10-week timeline and $2,000 budget, with the fridge achieving a 98% success rate in consistently delivering a 12-ounce can at a 12-meter distance.

 This project was not considered a finished product but rather a working prototype or proof of concept. Future plans include the redesign of the catapult and other key components to improve the fridge's overall efficiency and aesthetic appeal. The success of the Beverage Launching Fridge project highlights my engineering and design abilities, as well as my dedication to project completion.
