This is a recording of the IAPR TC10/11 informative session that took place in DAS 2020 virtual workshop (https://www.vlrlab.net/das2020/, hosted from Wuhan, China).

The session discusses the latest advances on the TC10/11 strategic plan definition, and actions that took place since ICDAR 2019.

Version 1.0 of the DAR strategic plan (December 2020)

This document lists the proposed actions, grouped in ten high level categories. Along with a detailed description of each action.

The color code used indicates the following. Green: actions possible to implement immediately (can be planned/initiated in 2021), Yellow: actions that require more time (should be planned for after 2021), Red: actions that might be challenging to implement given the current structure of IAPR TCs.
