I created the Noctua Creative LLC brand as a personal creative project and a reflection of my own style. I’m a night owl, and some of my best ideas and creativity come to me at night. That inspired both the name and the visual identity.
The logo and icon were designed around the shape and characteristics of an owl, keeping the design simple, clean, and strong. “Noctua” means “night owl,” which made it a natural fit for the brand.
I wanted the identity to feel creative without being overly complicated. I love how the simplicity of the logo allows it to be versatile while still having a strong presence and personal meaning behind it.
I rebranded Imagen Y Estilo, a hair salon, by creating a custom script logo specifically for the client. I really enjoyed this project because I was able to create custom lettering that gave the brand a more personal and unique feel.
Creating the script from scratch was a fun challenge and allowed me to explore how typography can shape the personality of a brand. I loved seeing the design come together and creating something that felt like it belonged specifically to Imagen Y Estilo.
I created a fictional branding project for Whipped Bakery. This project allowed me to develop a complete visual identity for the brand, including the logo, custom icons, social media content, marketing materials, and packaging.
I really enjoyed exploring how the brand could stay consistent across different designs while still feeling fun, inviting, and cohesive. This project gave me the opportunity to work beyond just the logo and see how a brand identity comes together across multiple applications.
Cerulean is a fictional branding project for a restaurant in Texas. The visual identity was inspired by the Bluebonnet, Texas’s state flower. I chose the name Cerulean because of the beautiful cerulean blue color of the Bluebonnet, which became an important part of the inspiration for the brand.
For this project, I designed the restaurant’s packaging, menu, and apron. I enjoyed exploring how the Bluebonnet’s natural beauty and color could inspire a cohesive brand identity while still creating a look that felt appropriate for a modern Texas restaurant.
NOTICE: I DO NOT OWN MCDONALD'S LOGO OR BRANDING. THIS IS A FICTIONAL PITCH FOR MCDONALDS.
Our Vida Lotería is a fictional campaign created for McDonald’s. The project is based on the traditional Mexican game of Lotería and was designed as a way to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month while connecting the game to the McDonald’s experience.
The game uses a Lotería card, with beans as markers. Each time you visit McDonald’s, you can receive a card and collect items to mark off your Lotería spaces. Once you complete your card, a beautiful piñata breaks open, revealing an opportunity to receive merchandise created in collaboration with Latino artists.
For the visual identity, I chose bright and beautiful colors that fit the festive theme and help bring the Lotería-inspired concept to life. The packaging combines Spanish and English to represent first-generation Americans who often grow up with both languages as part of their everyday lives. This bilingual approach was an important part of the concept because it reflects the experience of navigating and celebrating two cultures.
I enjoyed creating this concept because it combines a traditional game with a modern brand experience while creating an opportunity to celebrate Hispanic culture and support Latino artists.
