The Daily Wellness Challenge Movement Erasmus+ training course aims to transform youth work by combining wellness education, digital engagement, and international collaboration. It equips youth workers with innovative tools and methods to support themselves and the young people they work with.
Objectives:
Expand the ‘Daily Wellness Challenge’ movement by equipping youth workers with the skills to produce and disseminate wellness-focused digital content.
Develop a structured wellness education program that combines yoga, sound healing, movement-based learning, and mindfulness practices.
Strengthen transnational cooperation by facilitating knowledge-sharing and best practices among partner organizations.
Enhance digital competencies among youth workers to promote wellness through engaging social media content.
Create a scalable training model that can be replicated in future Erasmus+ projects and across youth organizations in Europe.
This project is crucial for scaling digital wellness education, fostering a European-wide network of wellness-trained youth workers, and ensuring that wellness becomes a standard component of youth education methodologies.
