Welcome to the Daily Wellness Challenge Movement!
Phase 1: International Training Course in Latvia. (21-30 October 2025)
Activities:
Main mobility activity 8-day International Learning Activity: “Daily Wellness Challenge Movement” in Latvia facilitated by trainers including:
• Training sessions on yoga, sound healing, contact improvisation, dance, and digital storytelling;
• Hands-on workshops for producing Wellness Challenge Videos;
• Development of promotional strategies for digital content;
• Compilation of a Mapping Report outlining key findings and policy recommendations;
• Creation of a Toolkit;
• Creation of the 150 short vidos.
Expected Outcome: Trained youth workers equipped with wellness skills and digital media expertise, along with the first set of 150 short wellness challenge videos.
Phase 2: Content Production & Dissemination (Oct-Dec 2025)
Activities:
• Partners and participants produce an additional 150 videos in their home countries;
• Launch of the Online Wellness Toolkit and initial upload of resources to the Project Website;
• Social media campaign to promote Wellness Challenge Video Series;
• Mid-project evaluation and feedback collection.
Expected Outcome: Fully developed Online Wellness Toolkit, a total of 300 produced wellness videos, and an active social media outreach strategy.
Phase 3: Evaluation, Sustainability & Follow-Up (Jan-February 2026)
Activities:
• Final evaluation meeting and assessment of project impact;
• Dissemination events in all partner countries (local workshops, online webinars, conferences);
• Establishing a long-term strategy for continued collaboration and the use of project outputs beyond the funding period.
Expected Outcome: A completed Mapping Report, wide dissemination of project outputs, and a sustainability plan for long-term implementation.
