The "Daily Wellness Challenge Movement" is an Erasmus+ training course for youth workers aimed at integrating wellness practices, digital storytelling and international collaboration. The project empowers participants with tools for stress management and holistic well‑being, and creates digital resources to promote wellness among young people. Project will take place in Latvia from 21st to 30th of October 2025.
