• (Weekly) Horsekeeper will take each horse for riding at least for 30 mins weekly, except the one who are active in battles.

• Eating out : Every Sunday (no meals prepared, but snacks are still available)

• 3pm - Cook for dinner & Dining area clean out

• 7pm - Bartender work start (2 people each day)

• 10pm - Food preparation (night shift)

• (Weekly) Deciding the menus and pass the menu to the Information Center to post it weekly

• (Weekly) Groceries, usually someone from the kitchen will do weekly groceries with someone from accountant and storehouse

• (Every 3 months) Kitchen deep cleaning, usually in Monday, the cafeteria will be closed for a whole day in the deep clean day.

• Burnable trash : Monday, Wednesday, Saturday

• Collecting the trash according to the schedule (each dorm residents will put them in the garbage disposal in the 1st and 3rd floor)

• Helping kitchen to clean out area & deep cleaning every 3 months

• Helping to clean out the horse stable when needed

• Managing Honmaru's budget allocation

• Giving each Touken Danshi their allowance (they will come on their day off once a week)

• Managing sales (if the crops are bountiful enough to be sold)

Storehouse

• Shopping for daily necessities

• Distributing equipment for daily duties

• Managing safehouse

• Stock opname (cycle count monthly, full count annually)

All of the treasury members should be able to do both accountant and storehouse works.

• (Daily) Wake up the Toudans (every dorm has broadcasting speaker from information Center)

• (Daily) Broadcast time for meals

• (Daily) Writing news & Honmaru tabloids

• (Daily) Gathering information to write on the tabloids

Managing notice board (Each dorm floor has one notice board)

• (Weekly) Posting meals menu for the week

• (Bi-weekly to Monthly) Posting news & tabloids

• Do interview, etc. to post in the tabloids. 

Educations (?)

• If our Honmaru have newcomers, they will give them a tour and guide them to decide on which post they will work on

• Help newcomers to adjust in the Honmaru

• They also post a news in the notice board if we have newcomers

• Arranging welcome party for newcomers

• Arranging good bye & welcome party if any Touken Danshi going to Kiwame

Day off : ? days off weekly (They usually still do their gathering information work on their day off anyway)

Job Descriptions : 

• Infirmary is for daily injuries, not battle injuries

• At least one Touken Danshi should be available on the infirmary post everyday

• Infirmary staff can help other posts when they're not on their infirmary schedule (Usually they help in kitchen)

• Helping kitchen to decide on the menus as nutritionist

Day off : 2 days off weekly

Touken Danshi doubles that have reached level 99 will actively working in Honmaru. 

They usually work together with their main doubles, but they also might be replace someone in any posts if any Touken Danshi is on leave.
