As someone who manage the Kudagitsune, Kitsunegasaki notice there's a weird movement in an abandoned Honmaru. He checked the Honmaru and found Fuyu there, not a saniwa nor a touken danshi.
He realized that Fuyu never remember him, so each visit is the first visit for Fuyu
Then he learns that Fuyu still have human's ability to make branching timeline, but he never succeed on intervening the timeline that Fuyu remembers.
Because Kitsunegasaki need to move while avoiding the TimeGov's eyes, it's become harder to make a change in Fuyu's life.
Finally, he sent a kudagitsune to make a pact with Fuyu, so Fuyu's existence can be compatible with Honmaru's Timeline.
Since then, Kitsunegasaki never visit Fuyu's Honmaru anymore because he afraid TimeGov will be aware of Fuyu's existence and endanger her.
