Preferred Name Designation


To submit a Preferred First Name change:

  1. Log into MyFSU

  2. Click the Student tab at the top of the page

  3. Click the MyRecords icon in the top menu

  4. Click the the ‘Preferred First Name’ link under MyInfo on the left hand side of the page

  5. Complete and submit the online form that follows
