Students will learn the design and technical process of shooting video and digital editing and apply these techniques to their major area of study.

The student will:
Communicate a video project concept, considering genre and copyright issues, in concise verbal, visual, and written formats
Create concepts, storyboards, and layouts that are congruent with current industry standards within the student’s major area of study
Prepare footage, graphics, type, and sound for video
Critique and receive critique for projects, relative to the stated objectives, as a member of a review group, and then advance them accordingly
