Calm Mama Support respects your privacy. In this privacy policy I explain which personal data I process, why I do so, how long I keep it and what rights you have. This policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, in Dutch: AVG).

Calm Mama Support is the controller for the personal data described in this policy.
Contact details: name, email address, phone number and the content of your messages when you contact me by email, WhatsApp, Instagram or through the booking tool.
Booking and visit details: your address (for home visits), the agreed dates, times and services, and the names of household members where relevant.
Information about your health and your baby: to offer safe and suitable support, you may share information about your pregnancy, birth, recovery, the health of you and your baby, allergies, intolerances or advice from your healthcare provider. This is special category (sensitive) personal data. I only process it with your explicit consent and only as far as needed for my support.
Financial details: data needed for invoices and payments, such as name, address, amounts and payment status.
Reviews: if you give permission, your review with your first name (or initial) and place of residence.
• To answer your questions and plan an introduction call: legitimate interest and steps at your request before entering into an agreement.
• To prepare and provide the agreed support: performance of the agreement.
• To process health information, allergies and dietary requirements: your explicit consent.
• To send invoices and keep financial records: legal obligation.
• To publish reviews on this website or Instagram: your consent.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
Notes about you and your baby are kept on paper and stored in a locked place at my home. Digital information (emails, messages, invoices) is stored in password-protected accounts and devices. Only I have access to your data. I treat everything you share with me as confidential.
• Messages and enquiries that do not lead to an agreement: up to 6 months after the last contact.
• Notes about the support and health information: up to 12 months after the end of the support, after which paper notes are shredded.
• Invoices and financial records: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
• Reviews: until you withdraw your consent.
I do not sell your personal data. I only use other parties where this is needed for my work:
• Google (Gmail and Google Sites, which hosts this website)
• Calendly (booking tool for the free introduction call)
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you contact me via WhatsApp
• Instagram (Meta), if you contact me via Instagram or if your review is shared there with your consent
• An accountant or bookkeeping software, if used, for my financial administration
These parties process data according to their own privacy policies. Some of them may transfer data outside the European Economic Area, for example to the United States. In that case they use safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. I only share data with others, such as healthcare providers, if you ask me to or if the law requires it.
This website is hosted on Google Sites. Google may place functional and security cookies that are needed for the website to work properly. I do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. When you click the booking button, WhatsApp or Instagram link, you go to an external website with its own privacy and cookie policy.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent. You can send your request to dacedoula@gmail.com. I will respond within one month. I may ask you to confirm your identity.
If you are not satisfied with how I handle your data, please let me know. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
I do not make decisions based on automated processing or profiling.
I may update this privacy policy when my services or the way I process data change. The latest version is always available on this website.
