As students, we chose to create alternate projects to a mentorship podcast—such as magazines, a newspaper, and a board game—because we wanted to explore different ways of engaging and informing our audience. While podcasts are a great medium for storytelling, these other formats allow for more creativity, accessibility, and interactivity. Magazines and newspapers provide a structured, visually appealing way to share mentorship advice, while a board game offers a hands-on, immersive experience that makes learning more engaging. By diversifying our projects, we can reach a wider audience and cater to different learning styles.
