In a normal slow and tedious day of school, junior year of high school, it was time for US History. As I slugged my way to class, I was greeted with Johnny Cash blasting, and my teachers Mr. Sigurdson and Mr. Montante chatting about the music, and movie related conversations. I plopped down to my friend Blake and as we were about to start class, we knew that this was going to be an extraordinary class to be in. Throughout the class we would relearn about what happened in the past and work on assignments during class, and as Blake and I would work Mr. Montante would walk over and we would start conversing about some sort of pop culture, like Marvel and talk about the characters and who would win against one another, that would always have us laughing by the time it was over. Mr. Montante would show me that even though we are working and learning you can still have fun while you do it.
