Applications for the 2026-2027 school year will open on September 1, 2026. Please review the new guidelines. 

Applications are reviewed once per month at the Educational Services Committee meeting.

Note: This means you may not know if your application is approved or denied prior to paying for, and attending, your professional development.

Members applying for time release and/or supply coverage to attend their conference or workshop MUST have their application approved by the Educational Services Committee PRIOR to attending their event in order to be granted access to OSSTF - Funded Professional Development release time. This will only be done on committee meeting dates. 

Please do not submit duplicate applications unless you are fixing or changing your application. Select the appropriate answer for the new application regarding previous applications.

You will receive notification regarding the status of your application during or following the monthly meeting of the Educational Service Committee.
