1. Where and is this conference being held?

2. When does the application Google Form Close?
   April 26, 2026 at 3:30pm

3. How many people are able to attend this conference?
   Maximum 50 members can attend this conference.

4. How many people per school are able to attend this conference?
   3 Members from each school which includes the Ed Services Rep and 2 randomly drawn colleagues, with the exception of SCDSB Board (2 Members), SCSDB Learning Center (All Locations) (2 Members), and Simcoe Shores (All Locations) (2 Members). If there are spaces available after all locations are allocated we will randomly draw to to meet 50 members. 

5. What is the cost of this conferences?
   The cost is $80.00

6. Will we be reimbursed for this conference?
   Please note that Ed Services is highly subsidizing this conference. This conference would be $600 for you to attend if it was not subsidized by Ed Services. We are able to offer it for $80/member. You will be reimbursed for your mileage from your school location and back, along with supply coverage. You will not be reimbursed for the conference fee. 

7. I would like to attend but I really can't afford it, what can I do? Especially for those who have been declared we are here to help cost.

8. What if I have food Allergies?
   On the Google form there is an options to provide food Allergies. Horseshoe Resort will do their best but there is always a possibility of contamination. 

9. I have already used my PD allowance this year, can I still attend?
   Yes, this is separate from the yearly PD allowance. 

10. If I can't attend can a friend go in my place?
    No, a member has to be approved by the Ed Service Committee to attend, release letters need to be sent and funds need to be received. 

11. I don't have an Ed Services Rep at my school. How can I join this committee?
    If your school does not have a rep and you can spare a 1-2 a month for a meeting, we would love for you to join us. Email Christine at d17edservices@gmail.com and she can give you more information.
