Many of the patients Preya Ramdass, Registered Physiotherapist, sees have been living with pain for six months or longer. Often, they have already tried different treatments or worked with other therapists but have not experienced lasting results. Persistent pain can be frustrating and discouraging, especially when symptoms keep returning despite previous care.
Preya focuses on taking the time to truly understand what is driving the pain, rather than only treating the symptoms. At Integrative Physiotherapy & Wellness, every patient receives a comprehensive assessment and dedicated one-on-one care to identify the underlying cause of their condition. Using a combination of hands-on physiotherapy, targeted exercise, and techniques such as acupuncture and dry needling, Preya develops personalized treatment plans designed to restore movement, reduce pain, and support long-term recovery.
Her goal is to help patients move beyond temporary relief and achieve sustainable, lasting improvements in their health and mobility.
