年度杰出会员

每个Toastmasters分会都有才华横溢，勤奋敬业的会员。每年，将会有一名会员在其分会内外的参与而脱颖而出。该会员支持其其他会友，分会，甚至整个Toastmasters组织。这些会员应获得年度杰出会员(Toastmaster of the Year)的认可。
