Production Distribution

We are creating a compilation of intact poems with title cards between each poem. The audio is split into 3 categories (fun, personal, powerful) and each of the two classes animation sets should include poems from each of the three categories, mixed in a way that will take the audience through an emotional rollercoaster ride. Here are our benchmarks:

• Fables
• To This Day
• Look What You Made Me Do

This is a single semester project that includes as many poems as we can animate with the appropriate quality. Total combined length from both classes should be between 5 and 10 minutes. I made sure that the authors with more than one poem have all their works in one class column so redundancy can be managed by the instructors. All poets do not need to be represented. If we keep each of our class's animations at a 5 minute maximum and a 2.5 minute minimum, we will hit our goal of 5-10 minutes when both classes compilations are put together.

April 12 Screening at the Wealthy Micro-Theatre

It looks like the final composited animation could be as long as 12 minutes. The event on April 12 will also be a film screening of the short film the students are currently writing that's going to be produced by Noir (Cherish and Nyia). Depending on the amount of time the animations and film take up, we may also do a short Q&A with students about the process
