Flock Formation
Original purpose of Cybirbs when they were created was was for battling invaders from foreign planets, so flocks were made from grouping up Cybirbs with different skills and abilities to for battle dynamics.
Nowadays during “peace” time (quotes cuz y’know the occasional alien coming in to try steal resources) many flocks are formed from friendship
Cybirbs are assigned a temporary flock during academy training as some training requires teamwork, some flocks become friend groups and stay even after graduation
Flock Relations
Many Cybirbs treat members in a flock as friends or family
Sometimes flocks are created when 2 Cybirbs fall in love
Note: Cybirbs are robots so they do not reproduce at all, they can adopt mini-birbs from the Claw Machine which automatically gains membership in that flockFlock Membership
Cybirbs can be in multiple flocks, kinda like clubs, so if 2 Cybirbs from different flocks are in love they can join each other’s flock or create another one while staying in their original flock
How easy it is to join/leave a flock generally depends on the founder or membership organizer of the flock
Ex: Birb Cookie Flock
They were assigned the same training flock after joining the academy in the same year, and have since become close friends. It is hard to join the Birb Cookie Flock as they manage Birb Cookie currency production as a friends only business and only accept close friends into the flock.
