ARRIVAL GUIDELINES
Please adhere to your scheduled check-in date and do not arrive earlier than planned. The Worthington is not able to accommodate early arrivals.
Should you arrive at The Worthington earlier than your scheduled check-in date, you will be responsible for making alternative arrangements at your own expense.
For Tuesday arrivals, the hotel's standard check-in time is 4 PM. However, they may be able to accommodate you earlier.Â
CHECKING IN
Out-of-state employees and corporate employees arriving early will have hotel accommodations beginning Tuesday, May 13, 2025. You will check in and receive your room key at the main hotel check-in desk.
Texas-based employees will have hotel accommodations beginning Wednesday, May 14, 2025. You will check in and store your luggage on the mezzanine floor at the CWS check-in desk when you arrive. After the BRIDGE event, you will pick up your luggage and receive your room key.
