ARRIVAL GUIDELINES
Please adhere to your scheduled check-in date and do not arrive earlier than planned. The Worthington is not able to accommodate early arrivals.
Should you arrive at The Worthington earlier than your scheduled check-in date, you will be responsible for making alternative arrangements at your own expense.
For Tuesday arrivals, the hotel's standard check-in time is 4 PM. However, they may be able to accommodate you earlier.
TRAVELING BY AIR
On-Site Team Members
On-site employees traveling from out-of-state will receive their flight details via their CWS email address by 4/25.
Seat Assignment: Your seat has been assigned and will be confirmed during check-in. Every person has either an aisle or window seat. If you choose to upgrade your seat, you will be responsible for the cost.
Please arrange your transportation to and from the hotel using rideshare platforms like Lyft or Uber. Carpooling is strongly encouraged. Your drop off location will be 200 Main St. Fort Worth, TX 76102.
If you have any questions or concerns about your flight details, please contact Nikki Kaelin at nkaelin@cwsapartments.com.
Corporate Team Members
Corporate employees are responsible for booking their own travel arrangements.
We encourage out-of-state employees to fly in on Tuesday 5/13.
If you arrive on Wednesday, please keep in mind the kick off meeting begins at 12:30 PM.
When booking return flights, we recommend you book flights departing 4 PM or later because we will wrap up around 12 - 12:30 PM on Friday.
When you have booked your travel arrangements please let Emily Maffei at emaffei@cwsapartments.com know to ensure we have a hotel room booked for your arrival date.
Ensure you bring a valid/non-expired form of identification to the airport, as it is required to pass security and board your flight. Starting May 7, a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license (marked with a star) or another acceptable form of ID—such as a valid passport or U.S. Military ID—will be required for domestic travel within the U.S.
Plan to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight's departure to allow time for travel, parking, baggage drop-off, and security screening. To save time and avoid parking garage fees, consider using a rideshare service like Lyft or Uber for transportation to the airport.
TRAVELING BY CAR
We strongly encourage Texas-based employees to carpool whenever possible. Drivers should route themselves directly to the parking garage located at 249 Throckmorton Street Fort Worth, TX 76102. The entrance to The Worthington's Guest Parking Garage is located on Throckmorton Street and will be on your right between 2nd Street and W Weatherford Street. Click here to view directions and street view in Google Maps.
Please Note: The parking garage has a height limit of 6' 4". If you have an oversized vehicle that will not fit in the garage, please contact Emily Maffei at emaffei@cwsapartments.com to arrange alternative parking.
To access the hotel from the parking garage, take the elevator to level M for the mezzanine. From there, follow directions to CWS registration.
During registration, please let us know if you parked a vehicle in the garage, so we can ensure parking is added to your room key and charged to our master account with the hotel.
