NATIONAL MEETING ATTIRE

Wednesday, May 14, 2025

• BRIDGE Event: Jeans, navy BRIDGE shirt, and closed-toed shoes.

• Billy Bob's Team Building Event: Dress will be casual, but western wear is highly encouraged!

Thursday, May 15, 2025

• Education Sessions: Nice jeans with a blouse, collared shirt, CWS polos or vests. Don't forget a jacket, ball rooms can be chilly!

• Awards Ceremony: Cocktail attire is encouraged.

Friday, May 16, 2025

• Everyone should wear their new 2025 National Meeting T-Shirt with jeans on our last day.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Please keep the following guidelines in mind for the CWS National Meeting:

• The National Meeting is a professional work event with a social component. Please conduct yourself accordingly.

• Punctuality is important. Please arrive on time to every meeting event.

• Come prepared to learn. Active listening and participation are expected during the meeting.

• All meals, snacks, and drinks will be provided.

• Discretionary charges are not eligible for reimbursement.

• Incidentals may not be charged to the room or the CWS meeting account.

• The Worthington is a non-smoking facility. There are designated smoking areas outside.
