Headshots

Ready for your close-up? If you signed up to receive a new headshot, we are thrilled to provide you an opportunity to take a professional headshot photograph with a skilled photographer. Headshots will be taken on Wednesday, May 14 and Thursday, May 15 and each person will receive an appointment time.

ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A CALENDAR INVITATION IN ADVANCE WITH THEIR DESIGNATED APPOINTMENT TIME.

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your designated appointment time.

• Digital copies of your headshot will likely be delivered to you in June.

HEADSHOT RECOMMENDATIONS

To ensure a professional appearance in your headshot, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

• Wear a blazer and/or a professional shirt, avoiding any busy prints. Solid colors work best.

• A crisp CWS maintenance polo is also a great option. Choose whatever you feel most comfortable in.

• White, blue, black, and muted pastels photograph particularly well.

• We typically advise against wearing statement jewelry pieces that could distract from your professional appearance.
