Fernandina, Florida

Fernandina, Florida is a town that is close to Cumberland Island. Historically a large number of Cumberland's workers lived in Fernandina, and a large number of the shopping and other tasks for the Carnegies occurred in Fernandina. It also provides another method to getting on the island other than St. Mary's, Georgia with the ferry to the Greyfield Inn.
