Mexican food is NOT just tacos and burritos. It is true that Tortilla is one of the main complements in Mexico's cuisine, but there is way more food beyond the famous Mexican tacos and burritos. Mexican food is very diverse, and it changes through all the country by region.
Mexican is NOT a race/ethnicity. Mexicans are originally a mix of European (Spain) and Indigenous people (natives), and nowadays they have a diverse ethnical heritage, such as black, white, caucasian, asian, and more. That is why we cannot be represented by one skin color or certain specific characteristics. Nowadays there are also plenty of U.S. elements mixed into the culture. Some movies and games tend to do so, and that's blatant racism.
