Assessment

If you score 80%  or higher on the assessment you will receive a certificate of completing via the email address you provide on the form. You will be asked to add the shareable link to your Culture Worksheet. 

The form sends emails at the top of the hour. For example, if you take the assessment any time during the 2:00 hour (2:23, 2:47, etc.), at 3:00, the program will scan for new submissions and send an email if you scored 80% or higher.
